2. Description of Service

Bucket0 provides a cloud storage management platform that allows users to:

Connect and manage their own S3-compatible storage buckets
Use Bucket0's managed cloud storage service
Upload, download, and manage files through a unified dashboard

3. User Accounts

To use Bucket0, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Bucket0 to:

Store or distribute illegal content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Distribute malware or harmful software
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Pricing and Payment

Bucket0 offers the following pricing tiers:

Free: 2GB of storage at no cost
Pay-as-You-Go: $0.03/GB/month (first 100GB), $0.025/GB/month thereafter
Pro: $6/month (or $5/month billed annually) with enhanced features

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Bucket0 is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and will never use your files to train AI models. When you connect your own S3 buckets, your credentials remain stored locally in your browser.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bucket0 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
